Who we are

Wyoot is operated by VR BROS LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Wyoot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Wyoot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Wyoot is an interactive fiction platform. We provide short branching stories where readers make choices that affect the outcome. Reading is free. Creating an account is optional and allows you to save your progress and achievements across devices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wyoot. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Your account

You may use Wyoot without an account. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Content and intellectual property

All content on Wyoot — including stories, text, images, the Wyoot name, and the design of the platform — is owned or controlled by VR BROS LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written permission.

Reading stories on Wyoot grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy that content for your own private, non-commercial use only.

Privacy

Your use of Wyoot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Wyoot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VR BROS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data or loss of progress. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of AED 100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which for most users is zero, as the service is free).

Termination

You may stop using Wyoot at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at support@wyoot.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Wyoot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
